My goal is to design pots that are visually striking and that function so well that you never have to think about the experience of using them. These pieces begin with a fullness of volume, swelling from the interior space on the potter's wheel. Layers of texture and glaze give depth to the surface of my work, providing a tactile and visual experience that is meant to be appreciated with use and time. Functional pieces are designed to be microwave, dishwasher, and oven safe. Commissions are welcome.
